Wirebending, PMC, and the Jewelry Arts are open to students 11 and older. (An adult must attend the class with 11-13 year old students). Fusing and Beadmaking classes are open to students 14 and older.

Class deposits are required when a student signs up for a class. Any cancellations must occur 72 hours before the class is scheduled to start, for the deposit to be refunded or transferred.

Private group classes and adult parties can be setup and are a great way to spend time with friends/family. Call for details.

We now carry Vetrofond glass rods in addition to the other lines that we have always carried, come in and check out the cool colors, including a black that stays black. The rods have a COE of 104, completely compatible with Moretti (Effetre).

Glasshopper Studio is a working art studio focused on warm glass, beads, and jewelry.

Since July 1998 we've been offering classes in fused glass plates/art fired in a kiln, glass beadmaking on a torch, wirebending, pmc(art clay) fired in a kiln, and the jewelry arts.

Stop in and sign up for a class and see others at work on their own unique creations. Customers can make or purchase guaranteed fusible glass for their art pieces and plates. Customers can also select lampwork or fused beads, pmc, findings and complimentary beads, to complete their own jewelry art.
